When they work they work pretty well, so why the 2 stars for us 5 out of 15 deployed (less than a year) failed rendering the box dead, further investigation showed a flash failure 'can't read partition table', 'invalid partition', 'starting NFS mount: [FAILED]', One telltale sign are the Ethernet ports are dead once rebooted due to not being able to load config. Another failure likely due to flash was blocking safe sites like MSN.com. From what I have read from other users the PA-200 who had the same problems indicated that units shipped in early 2016 seem to be effected. Palo Alto's response, basically we don't see a problem, too bad. Total waste of time and money with diagnosing the problem, requesting an RMA, re configuring, shipping to remote office with users being down for days. These replaced another brands box which we had ONE fail in over 8 years. You basically have a ticking time bomb better have spares.
Knock on wood etc. Intermittently 'suck' up about 1/2 ml every second or two to warm/dissolve anything in the pump assembly. Try to keep the water at a minimum as to not 'hydraulic' the pump and strain the motor too much.I've had mine since 1985 or so and keep wondering when it is going to fail. 
It has been a very good investment to date. We bought one of the old/original models 'back in the day'.
